Peggy Lipsey began her journey with NTPA when her daughter attended a one-week summer camp at age 8. As her daughter fell in love with acting, Peggy dove into volunteering—helping with sets, costumes, tickets, and show management. She served on the Fairview Board until her daughter Mandy graduated and moved to Seattle for college, but Peggy stayed, continuing to show manage and becoming part of the Repertory Board. NTPA has become her second family.
