Peggy Lipsey began her journey with NTPA when her daughter attended a one-week summer camp at age 8. As her daughter fell in love with acting, Peggy dove into volunteering—helping with sets, costumes, tickets, and show management. She served on the Fairview Board until her daughter Mandy graduated and moved to Seattle for college, but Peggy stayed, continuing to show manage and becoming part of the Repertory Board. NTPA has become her second family.

Sean Fite
Sean has been actively involved with NTPA since 2016, when he first discovered NTPA as a sophomore in High School, performing in Nick Mann's Shrek Jr. as his first production. From there, he has continued to do shows with NTPA, graduating and transitioning from student productions to the community shows. He obtained his Eagle Scout in 2018 after assisting with the creation of the costume closet as his Eagle Project in the Willowbend Location.
Outside of NTPA, Sean works in the Real Estate world, specifically in the Title industry. He graduated with his Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and got into Real Estate while his wife was going to school for Nursing. He is looking forward to taking this next step with his home away from home and giving back to the organization that gave him so much throughout High School.
